Hello Forum,

In the face of Blatant Bias shown by an Information Commissioner if a
complainant expresses his desire to change the constitution of a
bench, what is right thing to do?

Ask him to go to High Court? A bizarre & prejudiced decision from
Central Information Commission.

RTI & Legal Experts plz enlighten me on this.

Please download this decision and go through the same to get the real picture.
