Dear Mr Rakesh,

Very nicely devised Step by Step learning RTI.

This will be sufficient for the beginners to start by taking RTI as 
a Tool.

One small suggesstion is that to add additional fee details in the 
Process Flow chart itself.

I am planning to make this steps as 11  power point slides [9 steps 
in 10 slides and one slide for Process flow Chart for while 
conducting awareness programmes in Andaman.

I will acknowledge NyayaBhooni in all such slides.
