I too thought of adding additional fee details in the process flow chart, but that would have made it a little complex for a layman to understand. So I avoided it. I am flattered that you would use this content for your presentations. I will be grateful if you would give me a copy. Do you still read every decision on the CIC and SICs' websites? If so, perhaps you might consider taking charge of "CIC/SIC decisions and implications" chapter.
