Really shocking. We respected Shialesh as an real RTI Activist but this will
certainly compell us think once again. Shailesh should come out openly and
appologise.
Now let us see what type of decisions he delivers as Central Information
Commissioner.
In Lucknow recently he backed out from his earlier statement that if he is not
able to deliver justice he will quit and would charge only Rs. 1 as a token
instead of full salary. The excuse he gave was that from the salary he will
appoint staff as it has not been provided to him. Let's see what he do.
