We sincerely hope that the Information Commissioners of India institute a vigilance enquiry into the following decisions of their brother Shri Shailesh Gandhi.
The charge is that Shri Shailesh Gandhi (recently appointed) has favoured an Appellant and misused his office to direct that a top-secret list of officers awaiting sanction for prosecution from LG office be given to Ms.Shruti Singh Chauhan. The address of Ms Chauhan is that of Parivartan, a constituent of the NCPRI of which Mr. Shailesh Gandhi was the head immediately prior to his elevation. Mr. Gandhi ought to have recused himself from this matter, however, he proceeded to misuse his office to favour his former associates.
