Students of behavioural science will inform, that this is the state of things to come ;-) To elaborate, the ammendment of RTI Act is round the corner. The authorities plan to bring the subject under this thread, within the provisions of the act, so that the PA can gain an upper hand. So the best and the only option left, is that every citizen send in his/her comments to the duly constituted Parliamentary Committee. Let us concentrate on that. Manoj
