Mr. Sarbajit, 1. Just wanted to clarify this a bit further. I thought that CIC has powers of a Civil Court ONLY while conducting an inquiry under Sec 18(2). Or, does it have have these powers for all sub-sections under Sec 18 ? Never seen the CIC exercising any such powers. Do you have any previous CIC orders for reference and refferal as well as confirmation ? 2. Re additional charges under Sec 7(3), I have some orders on my other machine. Will post tomorrow morning.
