Dear Sarbjit; Medecin Sans Frontier is on the special list for their continued transgressions but we were unable to commence prosecutions till now due to (shall we say) a certain former Home Minister whose daughter-in-law represents their interests and also championed their cause during the Latur earthquake - which incidentally involved Rs.138 crores unaccounted for in the PM Relief Fund.
