The contents of the Notification are as under: The students are required to deposti the 3rd Semester fees in the new institute. Fee for 3rd Semester if deposited with the previous institute shall be transferred to the new college within 15 days. Students must obtain a "No Dues Certificate" from the relieving college, which must be submitted to the reporting college. The student can be taken on its rolls by the new college only on production of above certificate, The university roll number of the student shall remain unchanged.
