"Give details of probe into complaints by ex-official: CIC to RAW" This ToI article has been posted to 2 other Yahoo RTI groups by 2 of our members. They have (very correctly) not posted it to our group. The ToI reporter who write this must be stoned and/or piss drunk. There is absolutely no correlation between the ToI article (especially the headline) and the actual CIC order. I may also mention that I know for a fact that the NSCS PIOs underwent extensive coaching from IC(ANT) on the RTI Act to scuttle Maj Gen V.K.Singh before C'IC, and this took place a day or 2 after the CIC's 3rd convention.
