If not, it is possible that all the FCRA bank accounts are sealed by the MHA with the aim to stop the assistance to terrorists, but FCRA can not be withdrawn siliently. You should also visit the website of MHA and ask directly on mail or phone no. given in your FCRA certificate. You can file RTI but they will refer section-8 and refuse to give the information.
