Can anyone on this group advice us about the Foreign Currency Regulation act 1976.
Our NGO is a group of doctors and medical volunteers HQ in France. We are registered under FCRA 1976. We receive some foreign donations after Mumbai blast which we transfer to our Mumbai office bank account. Now Bank informs us that FCRA deviation sanctioned by MHA vide 27.2.2006 II/21002/23(17)/2006 FCRA-I has been withdrawn by Government immediately after Mumbai blast. Our funds cannot reach victims. Can I file RTI to know reason why. Dr. Vishnu Mutthu
