Can someone tell me that whether any one can put lock on Public toilet/bathroom?
If you need the answer to above question, than please visit Amritsar Railway
Station. You will observe that bathroom/toilet situated near arrival gate of
Car/scooter stand have been locked by the railway authorities?
Let see when the Toilets will be lock free and made available to the Public for
use.
