Dear Mr.Oberoi and all,

Sulabh toilets are public toillets which is related to your problem. If there is
govt. funding in maintaining these, only then you can ask information.

On website ,IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER SULABH TOILETS FUNDED BY GOVT. OR NOT.Can
any body in the list suggest govt funding in sulabh toilets.

Dear ZeeReporter

RTI application is drafted badly and does not ask for specific
information. Your opening paragraph is full of biased opinions
purporting to be facts. Larger Public interest is not mentioned by
you anywhere - so presumably there is none. This is a DERANGED and
thoroughly IRRESPONSIBLE RTI with no larger public interest whatsoever
and clearly draughted by an unfocussed mind. The last time I visited
Amritsar, the entire city resembled one vast public urinal - and
Jalandhar is no better.

FYI: The Indian Railways are not obliged to provide toilet facilities
at stations to "the public". If you hold a journey ticket you are
entitled to use the waiting rooms (which have toilets/bathrooms) . If
you hold a platform ticket you are entitled to use the platform.
