BTW, there is an intriguing item on the latest CIC minutes of meeting about illegal payments being demanded by SYBEX Intl from the outsourced Registry staff at CIC. It appears that SYBEX's contract gets over in March 2009 and the NCPRI have their eyes on this contract too (like CCS got the Annual Report printing contract). IC(SG) is the mover behind that meeting item - the present contractor gets 3.25% of the salaries of all the outsourced staff - around 2% being "kicked back".
