Dear All, There is no question of either X is from this group or that group. Shaileshji's Swaup Singh Naik Case is landmark case in the history of RTI. Besides he was primararily responsible to bring Bombay High under RTI. There are many such landmark expose such as Rs. 1000 crore Crowfard Market scam , PM/ CM fund etc. Man dedicated to RTI sold his business in 2003, Conducted more than 500 workshops. Right from beginning he has raised the concern about the pendency. Unlike others, he is practising ( accountability, pendency, etc etc) what others are preaching . World is with Shaileshbhai & thousands such precedents in his way regards vihar
