Hi, I do agree with what out moderator had said. As the decision of SIC/ CIC are case sensetive, one can not held them legal or illegal, without referring the facts. Best remedy is to approach the CIC/ SIC with full homework, with strong drafting of appeals, leaving minimum chance to get the orders against. This is possible though the support of senior RTIers with vast experience.

I can say with certitude that at least 50% of our higher judiciary is not entirely honest. Manoj Kamra had posted the link to Mr Jalan's PIL kit. You may note 2 things a) that the author admits therein that he has just passed out of Mumbai Univ. b) that Mr Jalan could not stand our group's rigour and resigned.
