Kindly provide me with the copy of rules or G.O. under which the Village Education Committee is authorized to pass the resolution. · There is a provision of penalty u/s. 20(1) & (2). Kindly refer to Punjab Haryana High Court judgment that penalty under Section 20 could not be used in a discriminatory manner.
