a) RTI Application was filed to CIC with an intent to find name of Nodal
Agency to monitor Sec 4 Complince. Ignoring power conferred to CIC & SIC 19*)
(a) , CIC CPIO informed that's its DoPT's job( CIC/ CPIO/ 2008/ 1248 dtd. 29th
Oct 08) .
1st Appeal was filed to furnish the documents which states its job of of DoPT.
No reply from CIC CPIO, however 1st Appeal is scheduled on 14.1.09 @ 3. 40
room no 315, 2d floor, August Kranti Bhavan, Bhikaji Kama Place New Delhi

b)DoPT says its CIC' job ( 12/170/2008-IR dtd. 23.12.08 . )
2)
a)Same RTI was filed with Mah State In Co. whose PIO informed ( 13/11/2008)
information doesn't come under RTI.
b)Mah Gen Admn Dept informed its job of Mah SIC. District Collectors have also
been informed about the same.( Kemaaa-2008/ PK/ 551 /08/06 dtd. 18.12.2008 .
