"Yes, we do miss OPK, the one IC of 2005-06, but not the current
one."

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. IC(OK) showed
his corruption the day he teamed up with Arvind Kejariwal to file the
famous RTI for getting his residence.

gross delay and overcharging of high fees for information. Even the
ill treatment of the two RTI stalwarts from Mumbai who had accompanied
this female staff member for inspection fell on deaf ears. These
stalwarts were none other than Bhaskar Prabhu and Ashok Marathe who
were not even allowed to enter the premises of their Belapur Office.
Signed affidavit by these two were bluntly ignored.

original application was filed squarly ignoring Section 7(3) of the
RTI Act.

in allowing non qualified staff members being promoted in Deptt.
Examinations. How can you expect the Public Authority to promote a
person with a BA, overlooking the original Recruitment Rules clearly
specifying Computer Engineering as the pre-requisite? This is
concerning the lives of all those passenger, including RTI
Activitists,who travel by Konkan Railway.
