Dear Sir,
Under the Right to Information Act 2005, I would like to inspect the files
of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Gujarat State Office, Ahmedabad
containing the original papers pertaining to:
1. Applications received by IOC GSO under the Right to Information Act
2005.
2. Correspondence made by the APIO / CPIO IOC GSO within GSO; with other
offices of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and with the legal consultants /
legal advisors for those RTI applications.
3. The replies given to the various RTI applicants.
Inspection / information is requested for the files maintained from the date
IOC GSO commenced having the CPIO / APIO for handling of RTI applications on
decentralised basis at the State Office.
Further, under the Right to Information Act 2005, kindly let me know the no.
of RTI applications received by IOC GSO and the total no. of RTI applicants
so far by IOC GSO.
Required application fee is being paid. Inspection charges as per rules
shall be paid at the time of inspection. Kindly let me have the requested
information and kindly let me know the date when I can inspect the requested
files.
