At the bottom-left of the CIC website is a link containing "Enquiry Reports of CIC" conducted by the CIC in Complaint cases.
It is a matter of considerable concern that this has not been updated for years now. In fact the CIC has stopped conducting 18(2) enquiries since that notorious / ignoble day when Mr Habibullah's office was gheraoed by about 20 senior Delhi Police officers who threatened him with physical assault should the CIC enquiry reports against them be published. One of these matters relates to File CIC/WB/A/2007/597 and an enquiry report dated 21/August/2008. "P.P. Khattar versus Delhi Police" It is high time that enquiry reports such as these are proactively put into the public domain by the CIC IMMEDIATELY, so that citizens can see why CIC fails to ensure compliance of its own orders, and to restore faith of citizens in the institution itself.
