The CIC website is as "opaque" as it can be, besides being full of mistakes ! Even the Monthly disposal statistics are erroneous !
By the way, the January 2008 disposal statistics appeared in HT (Delhi edition) on 1st March 2009, but have still not appeared on the CIC website. Maybe the website "transparent" for some and complete "see through" for others ? RTIwanted From: sroy1947 <[email protected]> Subject: [rti_india] Decisons not being uploaded to CIC website To: [email protected] Date: Wednesday, March 4, 2009, 4:51 AM Enough is enough. The RTI using public is fed up that only cyclostyled decisions of IC(SG) are being published to CIC website. Mr Paul of NIC is grossly overloaded and is getting swamped. IC(SG) has now unionised the contract staff of CIC which ensures that only his orders are being sent to Mr Paul for publishing. Already a front organisation of NCPRI is waiting in the wings to take over teh contract of these employees when SYBEX's contract expires this month. Cause lists are not being published at all. As a result 3rd parties like me are being shut out of CIC through lack of information. CIC Minutes of meeting dated 03/02/2009 leave all these nitty gritty details to the concerned IC in their individual capacity - a sureshot way of perpetuating corruption. Mr Habibullah may lindly clarify what is meant by "flexibility derived by office of IC(SG)" in matters of despatching dak. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
