Well the bosses at the CIC have no answer for their inefficiency. For the past 3 weeks not a single decision of IC(MLS) concerning DDA have been published on CIC website. (He has delivered about 300 of them in this period).
Not a single "Full Bench" decision has been published in this time either - especially the 7(3) "further fees" decision which we are all awaiting. Why oh why are we only inflicted with IG(SG)'s pathetic little cyclostyled orders on the CIC website?
