The P.P.Khattar case is one of those unique cases where BOTH the PIO of Delhi Police and the Appellant are equally aggrieved with the corruption in Mr Habibullah's personal Registry. Both parties are equally anxious that all documents in this case should come into public domain.
Since the C'IC is evidently unwilling to place the "black acts" of his office in public domain via CIC website, it falls upon us to place the controversial Enquiry Report in the Files Section of our Group. I strongly urge our members to read this report and comment, for this is the sort of 18(2) enquiry report which is expected in each and every section 18 complaint we citizens make.
