Dear Vikram

I presume that you mean the Parliamentary Sub Committee. On behalf of our group 
members a detailed representation was submitted to the said Committee. 
Unfortunately I cannot circulate the contents due to breach of privilege 
condition attached. I am given to understand, however, that the said Committee 
is an eyewash body which is only indulging in this exercise to ram through a 
preplanned agenda to dilute RTI Act.
