"> KIC has also Advised RTI Study Centre to Take up such Matters Before the High Power Committee on RTI . It also Lamented that No representation from Organisations such as RTI Study Centre is available in the High Level committee to tackle such issues"
Dear Vikram I presume that you mean the Parliamentary Sub Committee. On behalf of our group members a detailed representation was submitted to the said Committee. Unfortunately I cannot circulate the contents due to breach of privilege condition attached. I am given to understand, however, that the said Committee is an eyewash body which is only indulging in this exercise to ram through a preplanned agenda to dilute RTI Act.
