Dear all,
It is common experience that whenever a citizen files a complaint in a
government department, he is either not given any answer to his complaint and
reminders or just a single line replies, and the officers decide the matter
based on evidences collected behind his back, which is violation of principles
of natural justice. Without havin these evidences, the complainant cannot
prepare his grounds of appeal before higher authorities and goes on filing
complaints and reminders blindly which are never heard. Government should issue
a G.O. that a complaint by a citizen cannot be closed till all evidences are
forwarded to him for rebuttal.
Kindly let me know if there is any G. O., HC/Supreme Court Order regarding this
matter.
