Poor Mr Habibullah and Mr Tiwari must be rolling in their graves (I mean the CIC graveyard where lo ng in the tooth tuskers go to hang up their boots). Mr Manish Sisodia of NGO "Kabir" fame (not to be confused with Mr Arvind Kejriwal's "Kabir") seems to be heading for the CIC (as an info commissar - and not as a chaprasi).
I wonder what happened to the "eminence" criteria for ICs ? The CIC seems to be going to the dogs and M/s Habibullah and Tiwari would probably feel more at home in the true waterholes of power - like the IIC and the Delhi Gymkhana etc.
