Ever since I have stopped writing my own CIC orders and Mr Singhi has demanded
that he be compensated for his efforts (he ghostwrites all the other "reserved"
CIC decisions) the CIC has nobody to draft the complex orders which are headed
for High Court.

Usually the "winning" side writes their own orders at CIC, in this 7(3) case it
has fallen to IC(SM) to identify the winner and get it written up. As nobody
from CIC has approached me (and I have not approached them) "three characters
are in search of an author".
