Dear All, A writ is filed for seeking a personal relief. If you are not personally affected then you are a mere interloper / interfering busybody with dubious locus.
There are already many pending WPs in Delhi High Court seeking the same or similar relief as you do, all of them are stuck. Regarding Mr IC(A) being corrupt, IMHO only corrupt people are appointed to these commissions - there are always rare exceptions. IC(A) is not a member of this group, you can try him at INDIARTI where he is known to participate in discussions.
