On behalf of someone, I am trying to locate / contact VERY SENIOR officers of REPUTED NGOs with experience in adult literacy in rural / semi-rural WOMEN. It involves a prestigious scientific project to gainfully finance / directly employ such LITERATE women (preferably as per of registered co-operatives or suchlike) with capability to operate hand-held "SIMPUTER" type devices. The project involves training and supervising about 8,000 women (under 35 years) within the next 18 months on a war footing for a major scientific project of national importance.
