Just curious as to whether there is any movement to start RTI / Legal Aid centers throughout India on an NGO basis. I assume the government is doing some things to communicate / promote the RTI message but i would think that some non-government organization with this mission may have a role to play also.
Would welcome any inputs / suggestions in this direction.
