In this pathetic order (forwarded to me by one of our members) IC Annapurna Dixit reveals why she is incompetent / ignorant to be an Information Commissioner. I agree with the member that there should be a training course for ICs - or at least someone (C'IC) should take their exam, before they are let loose on poor defenceless appellants / PIOs. IC(AD) is a member of this group and we hope that she is prepared to submit to public debate/ discussion on such orders. Sarbajit
