In a new twist, IC(SG) feels that he (ie. "the Commission") has powers to recommend disciplinary action against First Appellate Authoritys who fail to pass orders. Can he explain (such as by a reasoned / speaking order) from where in the RTI Act he (ie. "the Commission") derives such powers ??? Sarbajit
