Shielding the PMO from RTI is 2nd nature for Mr Habibullah (a PMO veteran). It is pertinent that Mr H has clung to the PMO docket with all the tenacity of a limpet on steroids since the CIC was conceived. Refusing an out of turn hearing to senior citizens is bad form and then not calling them for hearing for 2 years is disgraceful. Sarbajit
