      Dear Group,

Himangshu raises some very valid points.

1) This group is not meant to circulate unsubstantiated / unsubstantiable
propoganda / disinformation.

2) The lack of censorship / moderation at our PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE group ought
not to be misused. Posting to our group is a PRIVILEGE and not a Right.

3) As Mr Vaghela has represented himself to be an expert on this subject, we
are allowing him sufficient time to back up his post (failing which his message
will be deleted from our records). I firmly believe that Mr Vaghela (as a
fellow RTI group Moderator) shall fully and publicly defend his post to
Himangshu to the same standard he expects from others.

4) Mr Vaghela has raised an important issue about RTI if Mr Khosla's sister is
Mr Pauls' wife who is slated to be an IC from media reports.

5) As regards a "screening commitee", this group now has YAHOO SPAMM control
turned for maximum rejection. Many of Mr Vaghela's SPAMMY messages (the ones he
CCs to 100's of people) are automatically rejected by Yahoo. However, in this
case Mr Vaghela's post was to a very limited set of RTI groups which is why
Yahoo allowed it to be posted directly.

6) I am given to understand that Mr Khosla continues on at MCA - as an OSD.
