Can RTI be used to ask police commisioner of Aurangabad Maharastra to obtain
criminal of a gang who operate freely in aurangabad city , This is well
organised gang which deals in drugs (janga, afim), money collection (hafta)
extortion,illegaiily acquring poor peoples land, This Gang has a person name
Matin khan yusuf khan,nisar khan yusuf khan, appi khan , who physically assult
people and have many cases register against them in various police station,this
gang have there network in local police station with contable and psi leval and
few people in crime branch,this gang have political contact with politician who
come to rescue them and main brain of this gang is waseem phoolwale , who takes
all illeagal waoks wfrom this gang and supply money ,and take work .waseem have
various cases still he travel to saudia arabia , police even did not take
action and seize his passport , this gang become threat to civil society , so i
want to use RTI to put
pressure on police will it possible to ask to police commsioner of aurangabad
, and home ministry of maharastra , If police do there workk common people will
get relief from this criminals .
