Dear Sir, There is a news among our friends that under RTI copies of ACRs can be obtained. Is it fact, if so can any body provide me the copies of decisions of CIC on the ACR Copies. My friends and me have an opinion that the PIO may provide ACR grading not the copy of CR. Please let me know Anurag
