A person is remembered by their works. I will like to remember Rahul as an idealist fighting for what he believed in (exemplified by this letter below) - using RTI for Narmada waters for Gujarat against Aruna Roy and her Maoist friends - and not his later reversal where he joined forces with the same people he rails against here. I still prefer to believe in Rahul's original impression (and first impressions more often than not are correct) that one lone voice without media noise can still make a difference. Lets show Rahul that he was right.

On a question of life and liberty if this is the level of laxity, apathy wherein even after (14-20 April), 9 days, approx. 216 hours there is no information, a common citizen seeking information, might as well take the dead body, perform funeral rituals, and the social perfunctions thereafter and get the information as a consolation; after that it is not consolation but being salt being rubbed into their wounds. One invokes the section in times of extreme cases, when I had sent my complaint on 18th for the hearing scheduled for 19th, that it was not taken into consideration is rather unfortunate. I was told by Mr. Gera, that it would be taken separately. I hereby seek to know (if required do let me know, I will send in a separate question along with fees) when would I get answers to my questions and also since the information being sought has not been provided within the timeframe of the section under which it was sought, be provided to me free of cost and penalties be imposed. Thanking you in anticipation at the least of getting a reply, information now that I have had to send in a second reminder is secondary and most unfortunate. Seems to an unassuming citizen like me, that without having support of biggies like NCPRI and Parivartan, one lone voice without the biggies and media hype cannot be heard, hope am wrong.
