Dear Mr.Sarbajit, I have been leading an one man army against the CIC's (Management) Regulations 2007. Hope you remember my nearly 30 observations establishing the non-sustainability of this Regulation. Those observations are repeatedly posted in most of the forums. Mr.Nigam, the Legal Pundit of CIC and the Mr.WH himself had replied to me that it is under examination long time back; but nothing heard. I shall be grateful if you can elucidate more about the above orders of DoPT so that I can sent them my observations once again if needs be . Hope you remember my posting against his orders refusing the review. I had quotted the supreme court orders and Order 57 Rule 1 of CPC (error apparant on the face of records)also.
Thank you once again for posting the HC judgment on penalty.
