Dear Col Kurup Days of Rambos (One man armies) with AK-47 and RPGs is over in RTI. We need modern methods to bring down the den of corruption that is the CIC. I recall your 30+ observations - of which I agreed with about 10.
IC(SG) is able to get away with all this because he either has the blessing of WH or a substantial portion of the loot goes to WH (although to be fair, WH has denied this previously on the group). Unfortunately we are mostly a bunch of egoistic eunuchs on this group, if there are even 5 (preferably 10) RTI Rambos who are prepared to become clones of me (free training assured), we can sort out CIC in 6 months - and India in 12. Sarbajit PS: I am not concerned with what goes on in other forums (for the most part they are useless). --- In [email protected], "colnrkurup" <colnrku...@...> wrote: > > Dear Mr.Sarbajit, > > I have been leading an one man army against the CIC's (Management) > Regulations 2007.
