When somebody like Harikumar from Kasargod can go as far as North East states, let alone Delhi for the CIC Hearing, several time a year at his own cost, distance should not be a serious problem for anybody. I know several retired staff members who also do the same in the over all interest of RTI Act. Best wishes Manoj

I sinerely wish I could avail your offer; but I am locatted too far away from your place and not in a position to roam around. Even a trip to the High Court of Kerala involve 7 hours train journey and 12 hours to the State Capital, Trivandrum. But I shall defenitely avail your guidance. With warm regards.
