He needs to study about Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Shivaji. If SIC functions like court, has he forgotten judicial oath, judiciary reforms ? What can Dr Suresh Vinayakrao Joshi do to activate non-vigilant sleeping authorities when Mumbai was burning with terror by terrorists whose information commission with powerful network without the need for any appeal/complaint by their bosses on satellite phone and satellite images was far better than entire Commissions of India combined together ? There is difference between common citizens and terrorists and it will be much better if Dr Suresh Vinakayrao Joshi as information commissioner explain the difference publicly ?
