Dear Siddarth and other haressed/Affected RTI applicants, yes it is like pre independance days British Raj, as i have made a number of trips to SIC office mumbai and will be doing so in future my observation as follows, Chai/Tea is served to SIC's not just in cups or mugs, but British style Tray with Tea pot, milk pot,sugar pot and cups, not only that, there is another Pot English POT (Toilet) only for use of this SIC while the comman man have to use the comman Indian Toilet, since i am fat i cannot sit on an indian toilet, so i used the special english Pot, when i came out after doing my Job one office staff told me that the toilet is only for the Saab (SIC's) I told him i cannot sit on an indian commote (POT) maybe next time i will get arrested and put behing bars for using the English Pot, but i have no choice.
