Dear Girija / Rajen Dharod I have a hearing at CIC myself on 01/June/2009. The Hearing notice sent to me clearly states that
a) I can appear myself in person b through an authorised representative who CANNOT BE A LEGAL PRACTITIONER / LAWYER, (emphasis supplied by me) or c) opt not to be present at all. In these circumstances how to advocates manage to appear before CIC considering that natural justice requires both parties to be equally balanced ?
