1) Please let me know the number of NCs & FIRs filed at your office in last 3 months. Please furnish information about RTI activists arrested ( Sh. Rao. Sh. Vora etc) 1) Please le me know when , at what time , how has your office been informed about the incident & who was the person in your office ( name , batch no or employee no) receiving this info. 2) What time your people reached the place ( personâs name, batch no or employee no) 3) Who controls the security arrangements at New Admin bldg ( where Dr. Joshi has his office) 4) The above ( under 3 above) security:-- whether they had given permission to these RTI activists to enter the bldg please let me know. 5) Have you given copy of FIR lodged to these activists ? If yes, please let mw know the date on which the copy was given. 6) Request you to provide me with certified true copy of the FIR filed. 7) Please let me know if you have received any messages, phone calls, letters , notes from bureaucrats , Political leaders on the issue.( please le me know the names of such people) 8) Please let me know if you have refused to file FIR against Dr. Joshi , filed by these activists? 9) Please le me know if an FIR was filed against Sh Ramanand Tewari by these activists. Please let me have certified true copy of the same. 10) I would like to inspect voluntary disclosure as per section 4 of the RTI act by your office.
