dear Mr Jain, I agree with your views, insted of dialigues this great IC favoured calling police, it shows his high headness "acting as goon", great Mr Tiwari also falls in same category. S.K.Kapoor

I wish to add more from wikipedia which is undoubtedly the process of Judicial Reforms. >From wikipedia http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Bal_Gangadhar_ Tilak Gandhiji was a true follower of Tilak's legacy. There is almost a continuation of the thought process from Tilak to Gandhi that shaped the future of the independence movement that followed. He favored political dialogue and discussions as a more effective way to obtain political freedom for India. Views on Super Intelligent Extra Ordinary Hihghly Talented IC's While in contrast as per previous posts, Super Intelligent Extra Ordinary Highly Talented (SIEOHT) Dr Suresh Vinayakrao Joshi of SIC favours police action more than dialogue and discussions. Even when US cargo ship was captured by Somalia Pirates, US Navy waited for dialogues and discussions before action. Even in mental hospitals, true physicians bear the brunt of violent mentally sick patients with dialogues and discussions before injecting sedative drugs as last resort. And judicial courts too have procedural flowchart, guidelines as per rules and regulations. In fact finest International Institutions have plenty to learn from these Highly learned IC's who are simply egoist with their roots above ground in mid-air. >From wikipedia After Tilak's death on August 1st, 1920, on the first day of Gandhi's first non-cooperation campaign, Gandhiji paid his respects at his cremation in <http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Mumbai>Mumbai, along with 20,000,000 people. Gandhiji called Tilak "The Maker of Modern India". The court which convicted Tilak bears a plaque that says, " The actions of Tilak has been justified as the right of every individual to fight for his country. Those two convictions have gone into oblivion -- oblivion reserved by history for all unworthy deeds". Views sought from these Super Intelligent Extra Ordinary Highly Talented IC's Can Super Intelligent Extra Ordinary Highly Talented (SIEOHT) IC's Dr Suresh Vinaykrao Joshi at SIC and IC Anugraha Narayan Tiwari with distinctions and Harvard fellow from Weatherhead Center of International Affairs at Cambridge at CIC justify the plaque publicly for the court which convicted "The Maker of Modern India" ? One is having Doctorate Degree and another highlights Distinction and First Class First in University with tag of Harvard Fellowship at age of 48 years? And indeed whatever these highly talented IC's write has to be accepted with grace and honour by Harvard Center of International Affairs, White House, International Court of Justice, Human Rights Commissions, Interpol too. When country was burning with arson, rioting and terrorism what was SIEOHT Dr Suresh Vinaykrao Joshi doing ? Was he sleeping ? Where was his Josh in dealing with the ugly situation ? He could have shown his braveness there as it was indeed trespassing by illegal immigrants across border, rioting with latest sophisticated weapons, loss of lives of citizens of various countries and loss over 1000 crores. In fact situation was out of control from Mumbai Police and elite forces had to deployed to deal with the situation. But SIEOHT Dr Suresh Vinaykrao Joshi preferred to exhibit his talented josh with RTI Activists. If someone files RTI with Police as whose duty was at dockyard on 26/11 or who were on duty at Sarojini Market in New Delhi when bomb blasts occurred, I am sure these SIEOHT IC's will call RTI application as hypothetical and pass orders in favour of corrupt police forces. And there is another suggestion - Before you enter the Maharashtra SIC, better file the hearings schedule, timings with nearest police station, Human Rights organizations, Civil Rights organizations, Mumbai High Court, Governor's office and finally nearby hospitals & trauma centers in case you may need medical treatment if you survive the Josh of SIEOHT Dr Suresh Vinaykrao Joshi. Josh mein hosh kabhi nahi khona. Sanjiv Kumar Jain Access to information is our right and for that only this act came into force probably under pressure from International Forums.
