Have you ever seen Mr.Shailesh Gandhi, an RTI Activist from Maharashtra ?. If you have, may I request you to have a look at Mr.Shailesh Gandh who is now functioning as an Information Commissiner and confirm to this forum that both are same person. To me it appears the present IC. Shailesh Gandhi is not our friend Shailesh Gamdhi. I am curious.. Being at Dehi you may not have much problem.
