Almost every IC is guilty of accepting "hospitality" from PSUs under their 
jurisdiction. It would be in the fitness of things that the C'IC and S'IC 
proactively publish all this so that applicants / appellants (who are so 
inclined) can formally complain about any "bias" in composition of their 
"benches" and seek transfers to other ICs.
