Brief
facts of the case. 

   



1The complainant
who is working in one of the bank`s branch of the public authority no.1 against
whom the complaint is being lodged.. 

2.In connection
with a Petition bearing no.493/07 filed by Miss.V.Sruti ranjani,  minor 
daughter  

of the
complainant, in the court of The Hon.Human rights commission.,Hyderabad.The
Ho.A.P.H.R.Commission orderesd the public authority i.e Sri.O.P.Bhatt The
Hon.Chairman of S.B.I, against whom the petition was filed, to furnish the
leave record of the petitioner`s father to enable the petitioner`s father his
leave entitlement. Sri.O.P.Bhatt i.e the respondent in case no.493/0/ of
A.P.H.R.C with a malafide intention furnished in complete and incorrect
information and made false statements by declaration which is by law receivable
as evidence.The complainant in order to verify the correct ness of the leave
record submitted by Sri.O.P.Bhatt ,The hon.Chairman and the respondent in case
no.493/07 of A.P.H.R.C  and to dis prove
the false statements made in the Hon.A.P.H.R.Commision by Sri.O.P.Bhatt,The
Hon.Chairman of S.B.I i.e The respondent in case no.493/07 of A.P.H.R.C sought
information relating to his leave record and other related documents,which form
a part of  the crucial information, to
prove the incorrectness and the  in completeness
of the records submitted  to
The.Hon.A.P.H.R.Commission and to disprovre the false statements made in The
Hon.A.P.H.R.C, underRight to information Act-2005 vide his application
dt14/03/2008 and dt.13/05/2008 sent by regd .post and was acknowledged on
16/05/2008. 

   

3.The authorities
against the complaint is being i.e from nos.0.1 to 03 made, working hand in
glove with each other  

a )have refused
access to information requested under this act. 

b) have not
responded to the complainants request for information or access to information
within the time limit specified in this act.  

c) have
obstructed in furnishing the information. 

. 

4.The complainant
annexes few documents along with an audio clipping to prove the allegations
made against the persons 01 to 03 against whom the complaint is made.  

   

5.The complainant
humbly prays the Hon.C.I.Commission to examine 
the matter of  violations of the
provisions of the act made by the  persons
01  to 03 against whom the complaint was
made on the basis of the documents and the audio clippings  attached and impose 
penaltiesin accordance
with the provisions of the act for such violations . 

   

6.the complainant
also prays humbly, the .Hon.C.I.C commission to order the persons no.01 to 03
against whom the complaint was lodged, to pay compensation for the pecuniary
loss caused to the complainant.

admittedly stated that the  provision of
the information was obstructed.The conversations will prove the malafides
